Experience a holiday in ourprivately owned property! We provide year-round accommodation in three separate cosy chalets for up to 4 people each. The chalets are located in a quiet area in Deštné v Orlických horách - Zákoutí (720 m.a.s.l.), at the foot of the highest mountain Velká Deštná (1115 m.a.s.l.).

The ski lifts of the ski resort are situated within walking distance. Winter sports fans will be pleased with many kilometres of regularly groomed cross-country skiing tracks. The village of Deštné is a perfect base to startboth winter and summer trips. Hiking, cycling or educational trips are popular because there are lots of interesting places to explore in the region. The nearest destinations are for example the picturesque valley Luisino údolí, the mountain lodges Masarykova chata and Šerlišský Mlýn or the Polish ski resort Zielenec. The offer of various sport and culture activities in Deštné v Orlických horách all year long is almost unlimited. The chalets are not permanently serviced with a reception. The landlord lives in the house next door. He is ready to help anytime. You can load and unload your luggage directly at the chalet. Free parking is available in the car park some 150 metres far from the chalet. Smoking in the chalet is not allowed.

Payment conditions

A deposit (30 % of total price) is to be transfered onto our account within one week after the booking confirmation. By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the payment conditions.

We charge a deposit of CZK 1 500 for compensation of potential damage caused by the guest. The deposit will be refunded when you leave. The rest of the price and the refundable deposit are to be payed in cash on your arrival. We do not accept credit cards (If necessary, use the ATM in the village, please.). Your payment is non-refundable in caseyou finish your stay earlier than arranged.
